How do I Track my order? When you place an order with us, our company assigns a dedicated project manager to oversee the whole manufacturing process, our team would be available 24/7 to update you on your order’s status. Contact us via email, live chat, or call us directly.

Can I modify my Box Style/Design after placing an order? An order is placed after the customer’s approval on final digital proofs, once you’ve given our team the go-ahead, our designing team prepares print-ready files and our printing team prepares the required setup, and a substantial cost is involved. If you make a change in the design after final approval, the setup would need to be developed from scratch again, so there would be an additional cost involved.

It is possible but additional costs would be involved depending on the current order status.

Can I send you my artwork for the design of my boxes? Yes, definitely! You can send us your design files and our design team will prepare the box accordingly if you don’t have a design ready, you can send us your ideas and our team will take care of the rest.

Do you have samples/templates available to check quality? We can provide you with both physical samples as well as digital proofs of our recently printed boxes. Also, a proof-ready (digital mockup) of your box will be shown to you for your approval.

What methods of payment are acceptable? We provide a 2Checkout payment link to our customers that can be paid using online card transactions like Visa, Master, Debit, Credit Card, and more.

Is it possible to order a box style that is not listed on the website? Yes! It is possible to order a different box type as we’re offering custom shapes and custom sizes but some limitations might apply, for further details get in touch with our customer support team via email, live chat, or call.

Do the colors match if I place a reorder? In almost all cases the colors would be exactly the same when a reorder is placed with us but sometimes in complex designs, ground colors or “non-pantone” color codes, slight variations might occur. Some boxes are not digitally printed and in CMYK printing, physical or manual adjustment factors are involved that can make it impossible to reproduce the 100% exact shade but the variation (if any) would be insignificant (would not be visible when viewed without comparison).

Would you be offering designing services for my box template? Yes! We offer Free design support upon placement of order. Our team of expert packaging designers are available to assist you with completing your box design.

Is it possible to have printing on both the inside and outside of the box? Definitely, we offer complete customization of the boxes. It is possible to print on the inside as well as the outside of your box.

Would I be charged separately for Die or setup cost? No, there is no separate setup cost charged on the order. No hidden charges. The quotation sent to you from our sales team is all inclusive from production to delivery to your doorstep.

Can there be any additional or hidden charges other than the quotation I got? No, the quotation you’ll be sent by our sales team would all inclusive. From production to shipping to your doorstep, the quotation would have no hidden charges. The only condition your quotation price would be altered is if you make changes to your design or box size.

Do you ship to countries other than United States? Yes, we are ship worldwide in all countries. Not only that we offer Free Shipping anywhere in the world.

How long does it take for me to receive my custom box order? Our usual turnaround time is 4 to 7 days but it can vary depending on the complexities of the box design. The shipment/transit time can vary due to recent lockdowns and flight delays in some regions after outbreak of Covid-19.
